Information stored on your device

WatchMatch can store your watchlist and recent preference profile in your browser's local storage. This information remains on that device and can be removed using “Reset taste profile” or your browser controls.

Recommendation requests

The preferences and search terms you enter are sent to WatchMatch's server functions so a response can be created using TMDB catalogue data. WatchMatch does not require an account and does not ask for your name, address or payment information.

Third-party data

Film, TV and availability information is supplied through TMDB. Trailer and availability links may open external services with their own privacy policies.

The current version does not use advertising or analytics cookies. This notice should be updated before analytics, advertising or account features are added.
