What WatchMatch provides
WatchMatch provides film and TV discovery tools, including recommendations, search, shared matching, title information, watchlists and links to external services. The service is provided for general entertainment and discovery purposes.
Recommendations and information
Recommendations are subjective and are not guarantees that you will enjoy a title. Film, TV, rating, release and streaming-availability information may be incomplete, delayed or change over time. Where-to-watch information should be checked with the relevant streaming provider before relying on it.
Third-party services and content
WatchMatch uses third-party data and may link to external sites. Those services are responsible for their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. WatchMatch uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse the website or its server functions.
- Do not use feedback or free-text fields to submit unlawful, abusive or private information.
- Do not attempt to bypass technical limits or access parts of the service you are not authorised to access.
Changes to the service
Features, layouts and availability may change as WatchMatch is improved. These terms and the Privacy page should be updated when material changes are made.
These are practical website terms for the current WatchMatch build and are not a substitute for professional legal advice if the service later adds paid subscriptions, user accounts, advertising, user-generated content or other higher-risk features.
